Identify professional and ethical standards. 7. Describe human-centered approaches to Career Coaching and Navigating. To be successful in this course, no prior experience with career coaching or navigation is required. You just need a passion to help people, along with basic computer skills (some knowledge of word processing, spreadsheets, presentations and email)....

The material was good and mirrors other "career development" training and self-study I've had the opportunity to complete. Navigating the website was cumbersome, and I did not realize I was required to watch the videos, I thought reading the transcripts would suffice - which is my preferred learning style. I'm not sure of the purpose of rating "skill level", and how it is measured. What is the score based on - completing the "foundation " courses? I will enroll in other Career Development courses as its important to stay abreast and reinforce best practices.
